Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/video of product issue
  • Package images

After verification, we will arrange a replacement if eligible.

Returns

Due to hygiene and product handling reasons, we currently do not accept returns for used products.

Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery refunds may require bank details.
